Our Earrings are made from Genuine Hallmarked 925 Sterling Silver and 14 Karat Plated Yellow + Rose Gold. We also have Titanium + Stainless Steel styles available. All individual items are clearly marked in the product description.

Your Earrings will come packaged with Individual Earring Cards if they are not already sold as a set of 3 etc.

Wearing

We recommend that you do not sleep, shower or swim in your Earrings, the only exception to this would be plain silver earrings (without CZ or crystals) you can wear in clean shower water only. Chemicals, natural body oils, moisturisers etc. can all cause silver to tarnish and in some cases cause damage.

When you're not wearing your Earrings ensure you store them in a Jewellery Box or a Zip lock bag (the bag they come prepacked with is perfect!) to protect them from tarnishing in the air (oxygen causes silver to tarnish). Earring cards are also supplied with your purchase.

Caring

All of our silver Jewellery can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth regularly to keep it shiny and clean. All Earrings without crystals or CZ can be placed in a silver cleaning solution or clean water with a small amount of dish soap and cleaned gently with a soft toothbrush.

Your Earrings are delicate, they are made with your desire to express yourself in mind and mix and match on a daily basis. We do not recommend wearing them for long periods of time without following the above guide.

Stainless Steel + Titanium Earrings

Earrings without Cubic Zirconia’s or Crystals can be worn frequently + everyday, clean with a soft cloth and store in an air tight Jewellery box or zip lock bag when not in use.

All of our Earrings are Hypoallergenic, Nickel and Lead Free and completely safe for children.

Important Postage Information

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekend days and Public Holidays.

Large Letter Postage Option - this is a low cost option which does NOT include tracking, it is a normal large letter padded mailer with stamps delivered by the post person themselves not a parcel service, as this does not have tracking you will not receive a tracking number for this order and we are not able to track it for you once it leaves us. If you have trouble with delivery of this postage option please contact your local post office for further instruction. Earring Empire are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver. If you require tracking or have trouble receiving your normal mail please choose the tracking option available. We offer this service as a low cost affordable option however it can be slower in transit times particularly in some areas where the post person only delivers mail every second day. If you require your order in a hurry please select Standard or Express to suit your individual needs.

Peak trade (Christmas, special occasions etc.) can add extra transit times to all delivery options.
